Foundation Day 2026 is seeking programme contributions

The theme of this year’s event:
Down to Earth?! – The pillars of the Netherlands!

We literally work underground and are known as a down-to-earth sector. But that is precisely why we want to highlight even more clearly just how important, versatile and impressive the foundations industry is. Because what we build may not always be visible, but it is indispensable for everything the Netherlands builds.

For the programme, we’re looking for practical contributions from the sector, such as:
• innovative foundation techniques and equipment
• special projects and case studies
• safety and implementation
• collaboration
• sustainability and developments in the sector
• training, recruitment and young people

Do you have an interesting project, innovation or experience that should not be missed at Foundation Day 2026?

The deadline for submitting programme contributions has been extended until Wednesday 27 May 2026. On 28 May, the project group will begin putting together the programme.
