Frank Evers has a background in education and then held various positions as innovation manager and innovation lead. For several years, he has been working as an independent entrepreneur under the name Strategic Design Agency PerfectStorm. Clients include schools, (youth) care institutions and municipalities with complex change or innovation issues. Using design thinking and co-creation processes, complex issues are made concrete and tangible. The design-oriented trajectories offer PerfectStorm's expertise from art, technology, design research, co-design, and other angles.

During his presentation, Frank will address issues in education and care: What can they learn in those sectors from the way designers work? What competences of designers can they use or hire? Using various examples, Frank will explain his approach and results.
