Creative intelligence is the combination of imagination and intellect. It is an ability we all have in us, but one that is far from always fully harnessed. Rapid technological developments and the changes brought about by the fourth industrial revolution call for the development of more creative intelligence.
When organisations become a good breeding ground for the development of creative intelligence, they - like their people - will be able to navigate more confidently through the chaos and proactively shape the future themselves.

Erwin Elling (Field organisational development). Erwin (1982) was trained as an IT consultant and interaction designer; he also has interests in art, business, psychology and industrial engineering. He has helped several companies develop new services and products in a creative way, using various methods and techniques.
