Description
IT: How do you strengthen the relationship between IO & IT? Dive into Scrum and learn about the basics of coding apps, games and enterprise software.
You can't escape IT in almost any field anymore, but unfortunately IT is also high threshold. What do you need to know to get rid of that first barrier? Daniël Camps is currently team leader Software Development at Simac, where he works for industries such as healthcare and retail. Daniël develops software in multiple programming languages, and has experience with apps and games in addition to enterprise software development.
In this talk, he will use several cases to talk about the basics and differences in software architecture of apps, games and enterprise software, and how Agile/Scrum is used to work with a team on such a system. He will also interactively write short pieces of code during the presentation to illustrate.
As an IO, this is your chance to be inspired by the possibilities of (smartphone) apps and games!
Participation in the lecture is free. Costs for dinner are € 20 (main course incl. two drinks), payable in cash.
