Design for a circular economy (cancelled due to corona virus)
As I am sure you will not have failed to notice, the measures surrounding the coronavirus have been extended and tightened. The KIVI IO Board has therefore decided to cancel the KIVI College of 1 April 2020 (Conny Bakker - Design for a Circular Economy)

Conny Bakker is professor of Design Methodology for Sustainability and Circular Economy at TU Delft, Faculty of Industrial Design. Her research field is the development of design methods for products with multiple life cycles. She co-leads the European H2020 project ReCIPSS, which teaches designers and manufacturers how collection, remanufacturing and reuse can lead to profitable sustainable business using resources efficiently.
In the lecture, Conny will talk about the research at Industrial Design from the theory of circular economy, the design methods being developed and the lessons learned in the process, using many inspiring examples.
Possibility to dine together at your own expense (1-course dinner for 20 euros incl. two drinks), please indicate this at least three days in advance in your registration, incl. any allergies or preferences.
NOTE: If you also participate in the dinner, please bring €20 in cash. PIN payments are not accepted!
