Radical innovation
Description
Developing products that are new to the market involves a lot of uncertainty. Does the product meet a customer need that is considered important enough to warrant action? Is it practicable? Can it make money? All questions that can be answered by properly balancing creativity and risk management. This lecture uses a 5-step process to explain how radical innovations can be brought about successfully by combining an engineer and bricoleur approach.
Participation in the lecture is free of charge. Costs for dinner are € 20 (main course incl. two drinks), payable in cash.
