Description

Vereniging De Civiel Ingenieur, in cooperation with the aid organisation Dorcas and KIVI NIRIA
department Ingenieurs Zonder Grenzen (IZG), wants to further
develop two designs for rehabilitation houses with the aim of actually being able to build them in various countries.
In anticipation, two test houses will first be built on Dorcas' premises.
These are a house built from sand bags (big bags, sewn bags) and a house formed by a temporary mould covered with a local material (e.g. bottles, straw,
paper pulp, clay).

For this purpose, we are looking for enthusiastic people who would like to use their knowledge to develop these two designs into a complete design in three sessions. The following dates have been
planned for these sessions:

Session 1: Tuesday 3 June 2008 from 19:00 to 21:00
Session 2: Tuesday 17 June 2008 from 19:00 to 21:00
Session 3: Tuesday 1 July 2008 from 19:00 to 21:00

Sandwiches will be provided.
It is no problem if you cannot make all sessions. All input is most welcome.
