Description

What competences are important to be valuable/successful in the water sector? What combination of knowledge, skills and behaviour leads to the best results? The water sector is changing rapidly; what will professionals be asked to do in the near future to meet the challenges and how can you and your talents contribute to this?

Knowing what you are good at and where your pitfalls lie is very important. This sounds very logical, but by no means everyone has this clear for themselves. Yet it is very important for many things in life: in your spare time, during studies and certainly in your career. A good picture of these things will help you make conscious and targeted choices. Who are you? What distinctive qualities do you possess? What really interests you and what do you ultimately want to do?

During this workshop, De Haan & Martojo and Humind want to help you determine how to gain clarity in these areas. In doing so, we will also make the link to your professional field and look concretely at what is important for you to develop in terms of skills and personality or, on the contrary, less important. What do you need to be able to do and what can you learn?

The target group is the young water professional (up to 35 years)

Start at 18.00 with sandwiches, followed by the Talent Development Workshop and closing at 21.00 with drinks.
