No process control without measurement
Communication techniques are becoming increasingly complex, from field to control level. At the same time, demand is growing continuously for the inclusion of physical measurement variables, such as flow rate, fill levels, temperature, pressure and analysis parameters. The key requirement for this is fully reliable measurement values. Even under disturbing influences such as changing flow profiles or inclusion of gas bubbles, the measuring instrumentation must always deliver reliable values and also guarantee almost 100% reliability.
"Measure the facts" means not only reliable measurement of the standard process variables - even under the most difficult process conditions - but also clear and precise process diagnostics, up to and including information about the composition of the medium. Both contribute to improved process control and enable remarkable increases in process efficiency and production.
During the visit to the KROHNE site in Dordrecht, KROHNE's innovative measurement solutions will be presented. Specifically for flow measurement, the application of modern measurement techniques and the advantages this brings will be discussed in more detail. There will also be a tour of the factory.
