Engie's coal and biomass power plant started operating in 2016. The plant has a peak capacity of 800 MW. It consists of: the Powerblock (boiler house and turbine building), the flue gas cleaning system, the cooling water system, a fly ash silo, a gypsum silo, a water treatment building and several other buildings. During our visit, we are explained the technological aspects, operability and future modifications of the plant.
