Description

Robots are taking an increasing role. In industry, healthcare or just in your home. Robots are everywhere, but what are the latest trends and developments in robotics?

You will experience it during the visit to the University of Twente's Robot Lab. On Wednesday 12 September 2018, researchers and students will give KIVI members a glimpse into the robot future.

During the Robot Lab visit from the Robotics & Mechatronics (RAM) department, you will, among other things, get to know robots that help in operations, inspections and rescue operations. Think of a robotic hose for gas pipe inspection, robotic bird, rescue robot for skiers in the Alps, robot for biopsy in an MRI scanner a social robot for human-machine interaction
