As the market leader in the Netherlands, Attero processes waste streams from millions of Dutch citizens and hundreds of companies on an industrial scale; efficiently, cleanly and safely.

Through its activities, Attero wants to make a substantial contribution to making our society more sustainable. This is underlined by the production of sustainable energy with the new 120 MW steam turbine in Moerdijk. Besides heat, Attero also supplies electrical energy to the Moerdijk industrial estate.

During the visit, there will be a lecture explaining the operation of the plant after which there will be a tour of the plant.
