Description

This much is certain: the competition does not sit still. Products therefore need to be constantly developed to stay ahead. But competition no longer takes place on price and quality alone. Environmental aspects play an increasingly important role and laws and regulations are constantly being tightened. How do you deal with changing regulations and how do you make sure your product remains attractive?

Using a concrete example from the lighting industry, it will be illustrated that it is no longer enough to make a high-quality product as cheaply as possible, and that innovation is much more than product renewal alone. Increasing regulatory pressure is a growing burden on the one hand, but also creates opportunities on the other. With it, competitive advantage can be enforced, albeit sometimes temporarily. After the introduction, there will be ample opportunity for discussion on the topic.
