Description
De Rooy Slijpcentrum has been the grinding specialist for a large number of industrial companies since 1939. They are engaged in flat and profile grinding (max. 8,000 x 3,000 x 1,500mm), round (max. ø2,000 x 4,000mm) and centreless grinding of small to very large parts in the µm range. In the fully air-conditioned 7,500 m² production hall, the most precise workpieces are ground to size with the smallest shape and placement tolerances.
De Rooy Precision has specialised in CNC milling
(maximum dimensions 16000 x 4000 x 1350 mm / 50 Ton) to produce complete precision workpieces on 3 Unisign gantry milling machines, among others, often in combination with a grinding operation. De Rooy Precision is able to recreate X-large workpieces on the Leitz PMM-G with a range of 6,000 x 3,0000 x 2,000mm this 3-D measuring machine is the most accurate of its kind!
