Fontijne Grotnes bv is a special machine factory focusing on the development and construction of metal expanders. They supply production lines for:
* Steel car rims
* Expanding pipes for the oil and gas industry.
* The production of washing machine drums and housings for dishwashers.
* Presses for compressing nuclear waste.
* Table presses for laboratory applications.
At the time of the visit, the unique situation arises that one of all the above machines is under construction.
