Description
Maverick Valves B.V., part of IPS Group B.V., is an independent innovative company that produces special valves for the oil and gas and petrochemical industries, both onshore and offshore. The product is assembled entirely according to customer specifications. The company owns the entire production process in-house and can therefore keep delivery times as short as possible. Valves ranging from ½ to 56 inches and 150 to 2500 pounds class can be manufactured or assembled on site.
The valves are manufactured from mostly exotic materials. Common materials include: carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex and the special alloys such as Monel and Inconel. The applications of the valve determine the material. It comes from the customer specification.
The market is mainly in Asia, Russia and the Middle East. The company has a number of departments, each taking care of a piece of the market in the relevant continent. The customer is usually an end user. This could include Shell.
