Description

The area development around Piushaven in Tilburg is a challenging project. It involves multidisciplinary subprojects such as the construction of the Bascule Bridge over Piushaven. A project manager's attempt to have an artist/architect work on a project basis will be explained during this meeting. Three failures took place in the execution. So how do you ensure that four disciplines keep communicating and deliver one joint (functioning) final product. Practical experiences from this combined Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering project will be actively shared with attendees. The lecture will be followed by a discussion with attendees on how to optimally realise this type of project
