Description

For the inauguration in Amsterdam of the boring near the CS station (starting shaft: Damrak), the Mining Department of KIVI NIRIA has been invited to sing the 'Glück Auf' (3-4 stanzas) as a formal part of the official programme, immediately after the underground inauguration of the tunnel boring machine by the pastor of the nearby Nicolaaskerk.

The board is therefore looking for people with a good throat volume and without (too much) stage fright. TV recordings will also be made.

Participation for members of KIVI NIRIA /MV is free. Prerequisite: dressed in a two- or three-piece suit, with Mijnbouwdas.

The event will be concluded with an appropriate 'spud-in' drink.

Registration (no later than 1 March) is limited to a maximum of 30 people
