Diana van den Heuvel

Diana van den Heuvel has been working in energy sector transformation for more than 20 years, first in liberalisation and now in energy transition. She has gained extensive international experience in both regulated and commercial companies in Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Trading, Programme Management, Operations and Strategy. In her current role as Corporate Account Director at Siemens Energy, she is responsible for the strategic and technical development of Key Accounts.

In addition to her current role, Diana has been committed to increasing diversity and the proportion of women in senior roles in business for decades. She does this through her chairperson role in CIGRE Netherlands and through her chairperson role In KIVI's Network of Women Engineers.

Phaedra Kortekaas

Phaedra Kortekaas is Managing Director Benelux at SAS Institute, a world leader in analytics and AI solutions. With more than 20 years of international experience in digital transformation, B2B sales, consulting and P&L leadership, she focuses on data- and AI-driven business value. At SAS, she leads a growth strategy with data and AI.

Phaedra chairs the American Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands (AmCham), where she supports US companies in the Dutch market and promotes transatlantic cooperation. Previously, she was a Senior Partner at IBM Consulting and began her career at PwC Consulting. She holds a PhD in neuroscience, a Masters in human biology, an MBA from Henley Management School, and a BSc in marine engineering.

Phaedra is passionate about using data and AI for the common good and wants to be a role model for female talent in the technology sector.

Maartje Wise

For over 24 years, Maartje Wise has been working for Royal HaskoningDHV and for the past two years she has been responsible for ecology and water system activities in the Netherlands. Her focus will be to contribute to a safe, healthy and climate-resilient society. In her words, "Our rapidly changing world, with complex societal challenges, calls for sustainable, integral and inclusive solutions. We develop these in the 'golden triangle', together with science and public partners. Our Ephyra® technology is a striking example. It makes it possible to cost-effectively digest more sludge and produce up to 75% more biogas. I look forward to making my contribution.

Meike Nauta

Dr Meike Nauta obtained her PhD in computer science cum laude from the University of Twente and specialised in explainable artificial intelligence (explainable AI). Inspired by her vision of responsible AI use, she developed AI models for automated image analysis designed to be explainable from the outset. Her research and commitment to diversity in the IT sector have been recognised with multiple awards. In her role as senior data scientist and AI consultant at Datacation, she applies her deep theoretical knowledge to realise impactful and responsible AI innovations in practice.

Nadine Roijakkers

Nadine Roijakkers is Professor of Open Innovation and has made significant contributions to the field of innovation management in both academia and practice. Her inaugural address, which covers her extensive research and insights into open innovation, is available for download at www.ou.nl/nadineroijakkers. After studying Innovation Management and Strategy & Organisational Science at Maastricht University, she received her PhD from United Nations University/MERIT with a thesis on inter-organisational collaborations for innovation in pharmaceutical biotechnology. Nadine has worked for the European Commission, Eindhoven University of Technology, Hasselt University and was an executive business consultant at ATOS-KPMG Consulting for many years. She has published numerous influential articles in leading journals and has guest edited and co-edited major works on open innovation and sustainable innovation.

Sabine Batenburg

My name is Sabine Batenburg and I have a background in civil engineering. I currently work at Nectaerra, a hydrological company, and at contractor VSF. Besides my professional work, I am active in two boards: the Network of Women Engineers (NVI) and Young KIVI Engineers (YKE).

During my work, I deal a lot with programming and regularly use tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT. These AI assistants play an increasing role in my daily work and help me work more efficiently and effectively.

Lisa de Graaf

Lisa de Graaf is an advisor on digital transformation in public administration at Berenschot. Lisa has a background in New Media & Digital Culture with a specialisation in data & society. Before working at Berenschot, she worked at the Data School of Utrecht University as a researcher and lecturer, and as project manager of the Data Workshop. There, she conducted research on data-driven work at municipalities, the impact of data on society and gave workshops in data ethics using The Ethical Data Assistant (DEDA). At Berenschot, Lisa provides, among other things, many trainings around digital ethics, data-driven working, data management and the responsible application of AI to ministries, municipalities and water boards alike.

Hanneke van der Klis

Dr Hanneke van der Klis has worked at the research institute Deltares for over 25 years. With her background in Applied Mathematics, she herself has extensive experience with data, software and models in water management. From her role in the management team of Deltares, she has been involved for years in the development of key technologies, data science in particular, in the water sector. Today, she is responsible for the digital transformation of Deltares, where the use of AI in the world of water and subsoil is a key topic.
