Debugging leadership

What does female leadership really mean, beyond clichés and adaptive strategies?

In this lecture, we examine why organisations continue to recognise leaders in traits such as self-confidence, visibility and bravado, and why that talent, especially from women, is structurally underused. Not because women are insufficiently adaptable, but because leadership is still 'read' by outdated criteria. In other words, the system itself is in need of an upgrade.

This session shows that impact is not in 'becoming more like men', but also does not follow naturally from ' being authentically yourself'. Effective leadership requires consciously switching between masculine and feminine qualities, depending on the context. A plea against stereotypes in leadership.

In the interactive part, we invite you to share experiences, analyse situations and learn from each other. You will leave with sharp insights, concrete cases and inspiration to increase your influence.
