During this presentation with exercises, you will learn how mindfulness can help you reduce your stress and increase your personal (work) effectiveness.
Guided and inspired by Marina Wielders, you can learn to be a mindful leader who:
- Increases effectiveness
- Reduce stress, e.g. by learning to deal with frustrations
- Can increase personal effectiveness, e.g. by learning how to deal with an overloaded agenda and a full head

Working method
During this mini training Marina teaches you how to be 'mindful' in and during your work and why this is important for yourself and your work. She brings you more in touch with yourself and your colleagues in a business-like way.
Where relevant, she shares her own experience and tips for a balanced working life and teaches you to exert yourself more effectively (on- and offline), precisely by relaxing regularly.

Marina Wielders (1967) graduated as a chemical technologist (Ir.) and after various international managerial positions in the business world, including as managing director, leader in business development and innovation and leader of 'Diversity & Inclusion', 'Sustainability' and 'Sustainable Compliance', she shifted her career to coaching and training professionals and executives. She has been doing this since 2011 from her own agency: MA-RE Professional Coaching & Constellations.
Her focus is on developing the full potential of professionals and executives.
She also knows from experience both from line, staff, coach/consultant positions, and from quantum physics, that the 'soft' (thinking, behaviour, culture, team and organisational spirit) determines what becomes 'hard' and what may or may not become a success.
Worldwide, she has attended and obtained training in business development, leadership and personal development. She can go both broad and deep and does what is needed for her client.
