Description

Men and women seem to live in different worlds. Different rules apply to both about what is the best behaviour. This also applies within companies and organisations.
The rules are often not known and often cause misunderstanding and miscommunication.
Once these 'unwritten rules' are made visible, we can understand each other better, communicate more effectively and cooperate better.

This lecture will show how subtle differences can make a world of difference. Differences between men and women about the interpretation of teamplay and hierarchy, about expressing/not expressing insecurities out loud and much more.

This provides a surprisingly recognisable and sometimes even hilarious picture!
