In the Netherlands, few women still reach 'the top'. While, after all, it has long been proven that healthy decision-making benefits from a diverse group. And yes, of course, diversity is about much more than the ratio of men to women. So it is no longer about the 'why' but about the 'how'. In what ways can we increase the breeding pool?

On 12 March, FAM! and LWV Women will bring ambitious women into contact with role models; successful women who have earned their spurs in top positions in various organisations and institutions. These women will discuss their motives and experiences with each other and with the other guests.
