- Presentation Edward Heerema (Allseas)
Allseas has won contracts to install six gas pipelines with diameters of 32, 42 and 48 inches, in water depths ranging from 10 to 2200 metres. Currently, the first of the two 900-km TurkStream pipelines is being laid in the Black Sea by "Pioneering Spirit", the world's largest construction vessel. The vessel has a
holding force of 2,000 tonnes, allowing pipelines to be laid in water depths of up to 3,500 metres. Edward Heerema will speak in person about all the challenges involved in such gigantic projects.
