2nd Meeting A&O Working Group
Description
Four areas of focus were identified at the previous meeting (11 March): 1. Organising internal critique; 2. Identifying/qualifying blind spots; 3. Influence of culture on risk identification/appraisal and 4. Expanding formal RM approach with process for 'informal' aspects. For each, a small team got to work. Main topic for the meeting on 13 May is to discuss the initial experiences/results of each team. Following on from this, follow-up steps and preparation for the RBT symposium on 9 July are on the agenda
