From model to tool
The Analysis & Development (A&O) working group focuses on broadening the basis and context of risk management using. four themes:
* Identifying and qualifying blind and white spots
* Expanding traditional, formal approach with 'informal' aspects
* Influence of culture on risk identification and valuation
* Organise (internal) dissent
The aim of this first meeting of 2015 is to discuss the state of affairs and determine the follow-up approach per theme. The aim is to translate the insights and models developed into instruments and methods that can be used in concrete terms.
