Description

The Practice & Implementation (P&I) working group of the still young Risk Management & Technology Department (RBT) offers engineers inspiration and practical tips for dealing smartly with risks in their organisations. This is to use risk management to deliver added value in times of uncertainty as well as opportunities.

To realise this ambition, the P&I working group is organising a number of workshops within technically oriented organisations in 2015. The aim of these workshops is for engineers to learn from the practice of risk management. What works and how it is successfully implemented.

Besides the usual coordination between the P&I members, an er interesting topic is on the programme: "How to build an effective relationship between Theory, Practice and Implementation?"
