Excursion and wine tasting at Wijnhoeve de Colonjes: BIOLOGICAL WINE FARM.
The excursion consists of a visit to the wine cellar, a tour of the vineyard and then a wine tasting at Wijnhoeve de Colonjes in Groesbeek.
Wijnhoeve de Colonjes has opted for organic viticulture. In organic viticulture, artificial fertilisers and chemical pesticides may not be used and therefore various natural processes are not disrupted. Soil life is promoted and beneficial insects have such a positive influence that harmful insects have no chance and insecticides are therefore not needed.
We welcome you to the wine cellar at Grafwegen 8A in Groesbeek. This is where the wine is made and matured. The entire vinification process will be explained by the winemaker.
After this, we will go to the vineyards together (with our own transport, approx. 10 minutes by car). Here, during the tour, you will be told a few things about the work in the vineyard. It is expected that the grapes are already ripe and can almost be harvested.
After the tour of the vineyards, the excursion will be concluded with a delicious tasting of wines from Wijnhoeve de Colonjes.
