Description
TMA, the network organisation for communication technology, is organising an (advanced) expert session on the legal aspects of cloud computing.
KIVI NIRIA members are also invited to this.
However, participants are expected to be familiar with the topic and to be able to make a clear contribution to the discussion
With Patrick Wit, partner at Kennedy van der Laan, we will discuss issues such as data ownership, the rights of foreign governments and liability in a group of around 15 people.
Members of TMA have priority for registration. Should this be used, you will be notified.
Reception is at 10.00 with coffee and tea. We will then start the session.
TMA would like to offer you lunch as a closing party (around 12.30 hrs). There will then also be time to talk to each other afterwards.
