The KIVI Telecommunications Branch Board invited its members to attend the Annual General Meeting (ALV) online.

During the ALV, members are given an account of financial affairs and policies pursued.

Policy was explained in more detail, using "Strategic Principles 2024", and what activities have been and are planned to be carried out, see further minutes under "Documents".

This includes striving for a full board and timely succession of board members.

Several board members are now nearing the end of or over their six (will become eight) year terms.

To ensure continuity, it is necessary, that they are re-elected and new board members come forward.

Due to board changes, vacancies will arise, such as:

- general board member

- programme coordinator

- student / Young KIVI-Telecom member (up to 35 years of age)

Candidates are invited to apply to the secretary at telecommunicatie@kivi.nl.

Within the board, positions will be distributed later.

N.B. Only KIVI members of the Department of Telecommunications have voting rights in this KIVI Members' Meeting.
