Description

Over the past year, the protection of personal data has been under repeated pressure. Think, for example, of the increasing number of phishing attacks on internet banking or skimming your debit card, think also of major consequences due to small trivial causes, such as the Diginotar debacle that almost put personal data on many government sites on the street. How often do people leave their USB stick lying around and where is the line between maximum security of personal information and user-friendliness?

That's what this workshop is about with interesting introductions on the latest developments by:
- André de Kok, strategic ICT advisor for the municipality of Eindhoven. Among other things, he looks back at the Diginotar affair;
- Frits Spangenberg, founder and major shareholder of Motiv Action on the relationship and behaviour of who/what/where passwords of people;
- Hans Peter Ponten, director Giritech Benelux, who discusses the latest discussions on effectively securing the Cloud;
- Falco Jungslager of Ivory explains why MobiKey is a superior security solution, used especially in judicial circles.

We conclude with a panel in which Microsoft and Citrix reflect on personal data security in the context of Mobile & The New World of Work
