The Vodafone Customer Solution Centre is the heart of Vodafone Enterprise Customer Solutions, Sales and Sales support.
This tour will introduce you to Vodafone. We will visit Vodafone's technical facilities and customer solutions.
There will also be a trio of presentations:

- My story will cover the fire at the Vodafone Switch in Rotterdam, its effects on Vodafone services, and the programme that Vodafone is going to accelerate ("Fast Forward") to build the network of the future.

- Presents: Human Machines (The impact and future of Machine to Machine Solutions)
David Savage - Customer Solution Centre Manager
- Presents: Connecting Function Needs with Strategic Solutions
