Energy supply in OV
KIVI Rail is organising a lecture on 'Energy supply in public transport'. From next year, diesel buses will already no longer be allowed to be bought, and from 2030 all public transport must be zero-emission. The question is how to do that? Electric buses can be bought, but are there enough connections to charge them too? Businesses and homes have to wait longer and longer for a connection. In the scarcity of connections, public transport is not a top priority. In some parts of the country, the network is already full, overcrowded, and connections are being realised piecemeal.

The programme:
17.00 to 17:30 Walk-in & welcome
17.30 to 18:00 Network congestion, what options are still available... by Lizet Elshof of Alliander
