Delft rail tunnel, tram keeps running
Description
The Delft railway tunnel has been under construction for some time now. To make the construction of this tunnel possible, many activities are necessary above ground level. One of HTM's requirements is that tram traffic must always continue. To make this possible, the tram line will be moved no less than eight times.
First, there will be a brief explanation of the overall project. Then Frans van Kogelenberg from ProRail/DHV will explain the complexities surrounding the tram track, both technical and organisational. We will then all go outside to experience this complexity for ourselves. Because of safety regulations, we won't be at the construction site itself, but everything can be seen from outside. PPE is therefore not necessary.
Due to space and the outdoor programme, the number of participants is limited to a maximum of 30 people
