The Dutch automotive industry is one of the world's leading automotive suppliers. The collaborative and innovative capacity of the Dutch (high-tech) manufacturing industry is groundbreaking and world-class. It is precisely this inventive collaboration, often from outside traditional channels, that provides additional opportunities for the Dutch automotive industry.

In recent years, the Automotive Congress has proven to be the most important event on the Dutch automotive calendar.

The Automotive Congress, organised by AutomotiveNL and Mikrocentrum, connects and inspires at an international level with developments, interaction and expertise; from suppliers to OEMs to material specialists and everything in between. The diversity of thematic topics such as green and smart mobility, manufacturing & logistics and materials & design are cross-border and contribute to a strong, distinctive role for the industry. The congress connects supply and demand and contributes ??to the sharing of knowledge and experience with a focus on new ways for future mobility.

On 23 May 2018, AutomotiveNL and Mikrocentrum present the 12th edition of the Automotive Congress. The congress aims to bring together suppliers, OEMs, test and knowledge institutes and product developers from and related to the international automotive & mobility industry.

This year's theme is "Crossing Borders", bringing the automotive industry together with related sectors such as the high-tech and energy industry and government. The Automotive Congress and accompanying exhibition present the latest developments in topics such as smart & green mobility, manufacturing & logistics and materials & design.
