Spyker Prize 2012
Once again this year, the Vehicle Engineering Department of the Royal Institute of Engineers (KIVI NIRIA) is organising the Spyker Prize. The prize, €500 each, is awarded annually to the best graduation reports by Bachelor's and Master's students on the subject of vehicle engineering.
The prize is named after the illustrious Dutch car brand from the beginning of the last century.
Presentations graduation projects
The 3 nominees of both the Bachelor and Master reports will explain their research through a short presentation.
The nominees were chosen from a selection of 4 WO and 3 HBO theses nominated this year by the graduation lecturers of HAN, Fontys, TU/e and TU Delft.
A wonderful opportunity to experience the research work of the educational institutions in cooperation with industry and to keep abreast of the latest developments.
The Spyker prizes are sponsored by DAF Trucks.

Several interesting research projects will be on display as well as the facilities used for this purpose

18:30 Lecture by Edgar van de Laak, Fontys Automotive "Learning is Growth". In today's society, lifelong learning is a requirement if you want to keep up with developments.
