2nd Friday Innovation Drinks Delft
Description
'Are they blind, or what ...?
Getting your great idea finally adopted
As an engineer, you are probably used to encountering new ideas - be they your own or someone else's.
Did you ever wonder, then, why so many good ideas end up in the proverbial 'bottom-drawer' - if not: the trash-bin...?
Then this 2ndFriday-workshop is for you! You will learn:
- what mechanisms work against the adoption of good ideas
- how to play those mechanisms to achieve a better outcome
- how to engineer idea-adoption into the organisations you work for
Marck Oostra and Louise Arnold Bik of ECo-i (www.organisation- interventions.info) look forward to boosting your power as a change-maker!

Speaker(s)
Marck Oostra is an interactive changemaker and interventionist. He is considered a pioneer of high-impact interventions, which cause everything that often works against changes in organisations, to work for those changes. This requires special techniques - including enactment, which Marck has used in interventions since as early as 1990.
Marck is director of the Expertise Centre for Organisational Interventions (Expertise-Centre for Organization-Interventions - ECo-i), a foundation which collects and develops high-impact interventions. ECo-i stands for application of the right intervention in the right moment. In this way, it helps organizations to make the most of their own capacity for change and those of their people.
