Brain Learning
Description
How does our brain work when we learn and develop? How developable or how fixed are qualities and skills? What are the effects on how we learn every day of the discovery of the malleability of the brain? The view of professionals and/or managers on developability of themselves (do you have a growth mindset or a fixed mindset?), appears to strongly determine the development readiness and coaching skills of the other. Research now shows that people can learn a more effective mindset. And thereby improve their own and others' results.
During this training you will learn more about the malleability of the brain and the main brain principles that play a role in learning.
