Leading employees adequately is no mean feat. How do you get the best out of your people, how do you create an environment in which people become motivated and want to excel? These are questions that will be answered in this training course.
In this training course, you will recognise and learn to master the different styles of leadership.
For those who do not have the time or money to follow an expensive management training course, but do want to master the principles of coaching leadership, this training course is an absolute godsend.
TRAINING ASPACT
The training course has a practical content, in which we try to link up as much as possible with daily practice. Group discussions and personal assessments will provide insight into different leadership styles. Short exercises and role plays will provide confrontation and practice.

SPECIFICATIONS
If you have participated in a training course, you will receive a certificate from the KIVI NIRIA Centre of Excellence.
