A training course for:
- effective communication
- team building & team composition,
- recruitment and selection & effective division of tasks
- answer the question: am I doing what suits me?
Do you recognise this?
You have a nice colleague, only you don't understand each other.
You can communicate easily with one colleague but not with the other.
It drives you crazy because the other person always goes into so much detail or communicates in such a global way.
It frustrates you that you only see opportunities and your colleague only bears on the road or vice versa.
You can't hold your attention with that one colleague, even though you know that what he/she wants to say is really important or interesting.
You are responsible for putting together teams and/or assigning tasks to team members and don't always find it easy to make the right choice.
If you recognise one or more of the above statements, then this is the training in which you will gain insight into how communication styles, thinking styles and behavioural patterns can lead to frustration or, on the contrary, to very effective cooperation.
TRAINING APPROACH
In this training, participants will work intensively on discovering their own communication styles, thinking styles and behavioural patterns. They also learn to recognise those of their fellow participants. By making use of different communication styles themselves, they experience the impact of being able to attune to the other person through language and thus making real contact, resulting in effective communication.
