You have a nice colleague, but you just don't understand each other.
You can communicate with one colleague with ease and not with the other.
The other drives you crazy because he/she always goes into so much detail or communicates in such a global manner.
It frustrates you that you only see opportunities and your colleague only sees obstacles or vice versa.
You can't hold your attention with that one colleague, even though you know that what he wants to say is really important or interesting.
You are responsible for putting together teams and/or assigning work to team members and do not always find it easy to make the right choice.
If you recognise one or more of the above statements, then this is the training in which you will gain insight into how communication styles, thinking styles and behavioural patterns can lead to frustrations or, on the contrary, to very effective cooperation.
TRAINING ASPECTS
During this training, participants will work intensively on discovering their own communication styles, thinking styles and behavioural patterns. They also learn to recognise those of their fellow participants. By making use of different communication styles themselves, they experience the impact of being able to attune to the other person through language and thereby making real contact, resulting in effective communication.

None.
PARTICULARS
Participants will receive a certificate from the KIVI NIRIA Centre of Excellence once they have attended the training.
