Setting goals, achieving goals (NLP)
Description
Two-day training:
DATA
Monday 5 October 2009, 17.00-20.00 and follow-up on
Saturday 10 October 2009, 09.30-17.00
The urgency of some goals is clear and yet we don't start. Sometimes we don't know where to start or we start enthusiastically and yet we still don't want to succeed. Some achieve their goals and afterwards it turns out that it still does not produce the desired results. This has to do with our motivation to change and where we put the change.
The training is intended for people who recognise themselves in one of the following statements:
You don't know what your goal is
Your goal is clear and you don't know where to start
You have realised your goal and you have unexpected unwanted side-effects
You know exactly what you want to achieve but you lack motivation
You are constantly postponing the very thing that will help you move forward
You you have the necessary knowledge and skills and yet you are not (yet) able to achieve your goals
You have great ideas for the future but think they will remain dreams
TRAINING APPROACH
In this training, participants work intensively with the goals they actually set for themselves. As a result, they experience for themselves what has prevented them from achieving their goals so far and how they can achieve them. Because we work with real goals, the goals are often partly and sometimes even completely achieved during the training.
PREPARATION
None.
