Description
In collaboration with our new training partner Jelmer!, we are organising a new series of training sessions for our young members this year.
This is the first training session and therefore completely free for our members.
For the brand new starters among us, it might take some getting used to dealing with the different ranks within the business world.
During this training we will give the do's and dont's when it comes to cooperation and communication with colleagues in different positions within your company!
In addition, we will look at practical examples from the participants: what concrete experiences with hierarchy do you have?
After that, we will briefly go into theory (explanation of the different forms of power and coaching leadership).
Finally, there will be a role-play with actor Vincent de Lusenet. Several issues will be played out
