Introduction to NLP
Description
Neuro Linguistic Programming, or NLP, is a set of very powerful strategies and models you can use to improve communication with others and with yourself.
The basis is strictly scientific and has been laid by psychologists Richard Bandler and John Grinder.
In this introductory training course, you will be introduced to the workings of submodalities and representational systems; the way people can process information. You will also learn how, through better attunement to the interlocutor, you can make conversations more successful. You will also get to know and practise some frequently used strategies.
We strongly recommend registering for this training module if you think NLP is all about walking on hot coals.

The training explains the basic assumptions of NLP and shows some frequently used strategies that participants will practise. Apart from an introduction to the main NLP theory, the training also has a very practical character.
