Introduction to NLP
Description
Neuro Linguistic Programming, or NLP, is a set of very powerful strategies and models, which you can use to improve communication with others and with yourself. The basis is strictly scientific and was laid by psychologists Richard Bandler and John Grinder.
In this introductory training course, you will be introduced to how submodalities and representational systems work; the way people can process information. You will also learn how you can make conversations more successful through better attunement to the interlocutor. You will also become acquainted with and practise a few commonly used strategies.
