KCE2008: Conflict management

Two-day training:
Monday 19 May 2008, 19.00-22.00

Monday 26 May 2008, 19.00-22.00
Like it or not, conflicts are part of life. They occur in work, private life and often go hand in hand with change.
Those who have mastered the art of conflict management get what they want without the need for aggression. It helps you resolve matters in a calm manner and to be reasonable, while at the same time protecting you from those who would like to abuse that reasonableness.
TRAINING APPROACH
The training provides insight into possible causes of conflict. It also provides participants with tools to better handle conflict situations. There will be frequent exercises and participants will gain more insight into their own approach to conflicts through self-assessments.
PREPARATION
None.
PARTICIPATION
After participating in a training course, you will receive a certificate from the KIVI NIRIA Centre of Excellence.
