Description

PLEASE NOTE: CHANGED DATE !!!

We hereby invite you to the "Mindshift" workshop on Tuesday 29 March next. The workshop will be given by Maarten de Haan of Gazing Performance.

Mindshift Workshop:

How does our brain work when we learn and develop? How developable or how fixed are qualities and skills?

The view of professionals and/or managers about their own "developability" (do you have a growth mindset or a fixed mindset?),
turns out to be of strong influence on the other person's "willingness to develop" and coaching skills.

Research now shows that people can learn a more effective mindset. And thereby improve their own and the other's results. In a compact workshop, you will learn more about the malleability of the brain and the main brain principles that play a role in learning.

What can you do after the workshop?

1. You will learn to recognise your own "mindset" and that of others.

2. You will be more open to receiving feedback.

3. Belief and self-confidence in developing yourself and others increases.

4. The result-oriented use of new development opportunities and coaching skills.

5. Increasing motivation and curiosity about learning and performing in yourself and others
