Description

On the sports field, in the workplace; increasingly, people are working together in teams. The reason for this is obvious: cooperation achieves a more powerful result than individual effort. The climb of Mt. Everest cannot be accomplished by an individual; it is thanks to the team, that the individual can reach the summit.
However, because each person is unique and different from the other, good mutual cooperation is not a given. A good team leader will therefore take into account the differences in character, skills, preferences and experience. It is sometimes said that the chain is only as strong as its weakest link. It is for this reason that it is good to gain insight into your own team role and that of your teammates
