Negotiation techniques
Description
Negotiating is something we do almost every day. This ranges from negotiating which channel should be on TV to negotiating with a customer about a product or advice. Unfortunately, many negotiations result in bickering, frustration or failed objectives. During this training you will gain insight into when you should actually negotiate and how you can do this in a smart and productive way.
And if you know when to negotiate, what are the dilemmas you run into. And how do you deal with them. When do you trust the other person. And how do I resolve conflicts. What tactics can I use. And which ones are used against me, and how do I arm myself against them. These are the questions that will be addressed. The Harvard method will be used as a model. It is training par excellence for people who want to achieve goals through consultation
