PROJECTMANAGEMENT
Mr Drs P. Pölz is Project Manager for USG Innotiv's Specialist Division Space and Environment. Patrick has long worked on the design, interpretation and implementation of projects taking place at the interface of Environment, Building and Housing, Fire Safety and Spatial Planning. His presentation will cover the theory behind setting up, structuring and managing projects, covering the following questions, among others:

- What is a project?
- What is project management?
- What is a project approach and what does a project approach look like?
- What are the various roles within a project team?

THE JOINT STRIKE FIGHTER
Now that we know what project management is, let's see how it works in practice. The project being explained is the JSF.
The JSF is originally an american project. However, the design and construction of the aircraft is an international affair.
Stork-Fokker is one of the companies involved in building the JSF. Michel Karel is JSF programme director. He coordinates the design and construction
of the doors of the JSF at Stork and deals with all aspects of the design and its communication with its US client. Michel will give a presentation discussing the project and his work as project manager.
